Dual Life Energy offers returns, replacements, or service adjustments in accordance with our return guidelines and specific commercial contract terms.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for return or replacement, hardware devices must be reported within the specified return window, be in original, unblemished physical condition, and include all original packaging, sensor calibration certificates, power adapters, mounting hardware, and documentation.

Return Authorization: Customers must contact our support desk (contact@duallifeenergy.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before dispatching any equipment back to our facility. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Dual Life Energy hardware products come with a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended operational conditions, starting from the original date of dispatch or installation.
